ur battery has water in it & that could be low or it may jst need replaced. how are ur battery cables? alot of times they can become corroded & interfere w/ working correctly. U can clean off the corrosion w/ some coke jst slowly pour it on the corroded bits. It'll eat through the corrosion, I knw it's sounds strange but it works. try that & we'll go from there =)

if you keep wiggling the wires, it sounds like a loose connection. get a voltmeter and check the charge of the battery when the car is off and with it running. then check all wiring and connections
