Replace the pgmfi relay. Possibly could be igniter in distributor. The pgmfi relay supplies power to fuel pump and power to the ignition system.

I have exact same problem. I have replaced alternator, fuel pump, and fuel relay plus put a new battery in. Problems persists. I'm using an original chip key from Honda so that's not the issue. I'm now moving to the distributor, rotor, ignitor, spark plugs. I'm losing my mind but I love this car. It's in great shape otherwise.
