Car not over heating but white smoke and burning smell cominf from under engine

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My car isn't overheating because the gauge doesn't
go up but smoke comes out from the left side under
the engine and I have transmission fluid, engine oil,
and oil change done what could it be?  The area in
the picture is somewhere behind but around the
engine

sounds like you have a leak , you'll have to clean up the area and see where it's coming from . and I wouldn't take it back to the same shop again , I hear a lot of horror storys on here and other sites .
