My explorer  starts to die everytime I hit the
gas or it sputter when i floor it it has hardly
no get up when i give it has and keeps
dyingout what is causing this

Try some general maintenance things first. Check air filter and replace if necessary clean throttle with throttle body cleaner replace fuel filter if have not done so in a while and add fuel injector cleaner to gas tank.
