trouble codes pulled from transmission computer

Have a 94 honda passport v6 3.2 4x4 and I
just changed out shift solenoids and hand
control. Got it back to gether and I start it up
out it in gear and it don't go anywhere. So I
set up the bumper wire so I could pull the
trouble codes. I received code 12 on the
engine computer and code 54 on
transmission computer. In my book for the
vehicle it comes to code 12 being motor is
in running shape, and the code 54 is
incorrect data to international-combustion
engine. Which on that vehicle it mixture
control seloind, but auto parts stores tale
me they don't sale that part. I actually told
me that I would have to buy a computer,
which I don't under stand cause the car
stars up and runs fine. I am somewhat a
mechanic but can't figure this one out
anyone got any info you can give.
