is the 1994 honda accord wagon overhead camshaft dual or single?

Single. Unless it has been swapped. But I highly doubt it. There is an engine code on the block, to the left of your exhaust manifold. Where the transmission and the engine split. The code should start with a F22xx or F23xx if it is a Single Cam. H22xx or H23xx if Dual Cam.
