My 94 Honda accord lx is over heating. I was
told that it was the overflow so i bought a
brand new. No i have to fill the overflow and
the raditor everyday 3 to 4 times a day.
Today i had to pull over on the freeway cuz it
overheated and when i checked both of
them their was no water in either 1. I dont
understand why my car would be
overheating if the raditor is only 2 years old
and the overflow is only 3 weeks old please
help only have this car for 2 younger children
to get them around.
Is there a lot of white smoke coming from the exhaust? if there is then it is a blown head gasket. Check the oil also to see if it is over full or milky. Otherwise it could be a bad thermostat, or a bad water pump, and possibly the cooling system may just need to be purged from air pockets.
Ni their is no white smoke coming from the muffler the oil is cleanand the thermostat was takin out last year and im having tge cooling system cleaned right now
Ok, but you need that thermostat in the engine.
