My 1987 Honda Accord DX surges when you get to about 2000-2500 rpm. I've replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor, and both fuel filters. I ran a can of carb cleaner through the carburator, all with no change. A repair shop told me it wasn't the distributor and it would be expensive to look further. HELP! 1 Answer

I have a 1995 Honda Accord and it's been setting for a year or 2. I replaced the battery and I've never had a problem in the past to start it. But now it won't start it really tries very hard to start, but it won't turn. can ANYONE please help me???? could it be the distributor cap ?????
