Do I need to change my fuel injection resistor for my Accord 94?

I have an accord 94 with a F23A1 swap, the problem is that I guess that the fuel injector
resistor it doesnt work. The past three days I tried to turn it on but I cant, and this
morning I noticed a white smoke in this piece.

Have you tried tapping on it with something to see if it will then work? There are a lot of posts online about the resistor boxes going bad. Here is one: http://honda-tech.com/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/fuel-injector-resistor- box-bad-2919262/
