Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed the fuel pump and cant figure out if
its a wire or relay to the pump. We can crank

If by mess with it, you mean move wires around, you probably just have a loose connection. If the pump runs some of the time everything else seems to be working properly. If it was you who changed the pump, go back and check your work.

Put the tools down and step away from the vehicle. Get some help with it before you screw something up. You obviously do not posses the skills to properly diagnose it (no offense intended).
