2005 GMC Jimmy No turn signals, fuse and bulbs are okay

My turn signals and hazard lights not working on my 2005 GMC Jimmy.  Brake
lights work.  Fuse and bulbs are okay.  Someone told me a flasher switch or
something, wasn't sure the name, says it's a silver thing near fuse box...  ???

a flasher unit , a small box usually under the dash that makes them flash , no telling where yours is ., a multi tester would help show what has ground/power and what does not ,
