Should drop strait in even if its not the same engine code but you may need the 95 (eg) mounts. On the front passenger side of the engine block right under the cylinder head is where you will find the engine code(s). Honda motor swaps are some of the most compatible out there which is why they're so popular

Youll probably need the 96 ecu also and the adapter harness for it unless you can score the full wiring harness from that car
