96 Honda Accord Distributor Mount

Asked by Zack Nov 16, 2017 at 10:17 AM about the 1996 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 96 Honda Accord with a manual transmission
started to misfire and locked up the other day.
Upon further investigation the distributor had came
loose from the head, and was missing a bolt. After
replacing the missing the bolt and torquing it to the
head, the mount broke off. Do I need to replace the
entire head just for the mount?
