What would cause plugs to be wet with gas after sitting over night?

1996 Honda accord plugs are wet with gas after sitting over night. I replaced injectors and didn't help. Replaced the fuel pressure regulator with one from a junk yard and it ran great for about a month then had same issue. I replaced it again with another used one and it ran great for a few weeks. I replaced it again with a new one and it ran great for two weeks. It has spark. If I clean the plugs and replace them it will start. Any suggestions?

Fuel pump tested fine. New injectors, new fuel filter, plugs and wires

The car will run great all day but after sitting for a few hours it starts rough then smooth's out. I'll pull the plugs and they are wet with gas but only after sitting for a while

Vacuum lines are dry. New fuel pressure regulator. I was fine when I first replaced it then it started again. Is there something to cause the FPR to malfunction?

95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening. I have a 2001 honda accord and today my car wouldnt start up , i tried for about 5 mins then i stepped on the gas a little while i was trying to crank it and it finally turned over! My check engine light is on , i just had a few repairs on my car like changing front o2 sensor and brakes and oil change. My car has been hesitating alot in last few months. when i stop at a stop sign for example and then i press on the gas it takes awhile to feel like its normal full power til i step on it kinda hard then it shoots forward to normal. I had 2 codes coming up on my car , the mechanic cleared one when he changed out o2 sensor it was blistered (code had something to do with heating element) but he couldnt clear other code he was hoping in few days it would clear on its own after my oil change p1259 . any suggestions on what i may need this is my only transportation? 2 Answers
