My 2000 Escort ZX2 Keeps blowing Engine Fuse. What can cause this?

My Wife was just driving along and car died. Has no start, no spark symptom. The fuel
Pump does not engage either. I replaced the CCRM. With no Change in Condition. Keeps
Blowing Engine 15 amp fuse. I cannot find any Broken or Grounded out wires. Any ideas
on where to look? Please Help Me!

My '97 wagon is having the same issue. I took it to a shop thinking the fuel pump had gone out, and it turned out to be the engine fuse. They replaced it, and I drove the car for a few days before it happened again.

On my 97 ford escort it a blue module behind the cigarette lighter. Just having trouble finding the name of this to replace it
