Car got broken into, driver's side keyhole is damaged

Question type: General

So my car got recently stolen and was
returned. Sadly the drivers side keyhole is
severely damaged. Any suggestions on how
to get into the car? The passenger side
keyhole was damaged before so that is not
an option. Someone had suggested using a
screw driver? I plan to get it fixed just don't
have the funds rn And need a way to get into
it untill then.

The problem with a screwdriver is you will need to turn the locking mechanism to move the linkage to open the door. Contact a locksmith so they can remove and replace the locks properly. Wait till you have enough funds to do so. You can try removing the lock if you are handy, but then anyone can steal the car. Do you have funds to replace the vehicle if it gets stolen again?
