Heather, try the links I am putting here. One is to another
question on this site that had the same or similar problem and
has been fixed, and the other is a good info site.
That is a fuel system relay (actually 2 relays inside one housing)
that you hear clicking and supposedly it should click once when
you turn the key to on and it powers up and sends power to the
second relay and keeps it running while the car is running.Here
