98 honda accord cranks but wontbstart/clicking sound coming from glove department area

My 1998 honda accord lx 3.0 cranks but doesnt
start.. Theres a clicking near glove department
area and green key contuously flashes. Iv changed
the fuel pump and ignition coil still no luck iv
already spentvall my christmas money guessing
with it please help!!

Heather, try the links I am putting here. One is to another question on this site that had the same or similar problem and has been fixed, and the other is a good info site. That is a fuel system relay (actually 2 relays inside one housing) that you hear clicking and supposedly it should click once when you turn the key to on and it powers up and sends power to the second relay and keeps it running while the car is running.Here is a very good link, copy and paste it: http://honda- tech.com/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/pgm-fi-relay-bad- 2544200/ This is to the other question here, the last 2 answers are the ones you need. http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Discussion- t30507_ds696492
