98 Honda Accord

I have a 98 Honda Accord is shut off for me a couple
times before in the middle of traffic I went to the fuse box
and start playing with the fuses by removing them and
putting them back in in the car start it automatically I do
this every time it shuts off because it shuts off frequently
now I don't know if it's a bad fuse or anything wrong with
the wiring because every time I drive fast and go over the
hump that causes my car to jump my car dies and then
turns right back on

Clearly you have a bad main relay switch is located very near to the fuse box that you're tampering with they're notorious for instant on and off operation and are in fact temperature please notice the check engine light when the main relay does not commit fully the light will remain on and when working properly you will hear a series of clicks and the check engine light will go out you will need to find it and replace it it is a common failure item
