Air blows hot air

My ac on my honda accord  98 blows hot air how
do i know if its the compressor or  freeon

You will need to put a set of gauges on the system and see what the pressures are...

Joe is correct. We would not be able to adequately diagnose the problem without knowing if the freon/refridgerant or if the compressor itself. I will monitor your post for more information. Best advice. Get it to a reputable mechanic, and GET a 2nd opinion so someone doesn't try to take you for the "oh I thought it was this "part" that was broken, but It actually was this "part", ride. You might pay an additional diagnostic fee but its better than paying to have the entire A/C assembly replaced.

I have a 2000 Honda Accord ex. My AC blow hot air on Auto mode setting or lowest setting . The fan doesn't comes on if I selected on any other setting. What is the fixed? I checked fuse and the relay already. Even tried to charge more Freon it doesn't go in. Thank you! Tim
