Rear drivers side door will not unlock, unable to pull the lock pin up by hand? All other locks work with remote and power door lock button.

The door lock mechanism is probably broken. Its the piece that latches so the door wont open (Inside your door hanging out with your window) .Had the same problem and thought it might of been the "fuse" box behind the door panel. You can probably get one from a junkyard. Would probably take about an 1 or less depending on your knowledge of the car.

Thanks...any ideas on how to get the door open to check the lock mechanism? The door is locked and will not open.

you may have to take off the door handle cover from the inside and see if you can pull the metal rods so it can either unlock the door or open it.unless you have an extra door panel then you can scrap that one
