car dying while driving and even after i start

ok i have a 1999 honda civic dx. I have been having issues with it dying while im driving it or if I stop it will die and take a few minutes to turnover. Seems like getting no gas I have changed the fuel filter and fuel pump also the distributor cap and rotor, coil pack is there anything else that im missing we even tried changing main relay still did same thing. I'm wondering if it could be the ECM or ignition switch any ideas or suggestions.. Please help

Have you checked the fuel injection system? The injectors and the fuel rail might need to be replaced or cleaned. Also, unrelated to the fuel delivery system it may be the catalytic converter becoming clogged. Is the CEL on?
