can i use 205/55r16 on 2106 dodge
grand caravan that as 225/65 r17 for
spare tire if the bolt pattern are the
same ?

Most likely as long as the smaller rim clears the disc brake caliper. Using a smaller tire as a spare is no different than a donut, just be sure you use it only to drive the bare minimum to safety or a garage.
