as i've come to find out... the door lock actuators are very prone to fail... all this time I was worried about the transmission buying a dodge... turns out I should have been worried about being able to get in and out of the vehicle instead. Just hope your sliding door lock actuators don't need replaced. It is possible to do it yourself but is RIDICULOUSLY complicated. There is only one video on Youtube so far for replacing the actuator in the new model minivans. Someday I may tackle the faulty lock on my 2012 Crew.
