went to leave for work my car would crank
over but not start at all, I’ve check fuel and

Well I see you've gone over the basics so that's good! What color is the spark? If it's not bright blue it's not enough to light the mixture. Any check engine light on? If not crank it for 3-5 seconds and the check engine light SHOULD come on pointing you in a direction. Have you tried to feather the gas pedal while cranking? Also just because fuel pressure is good doesn't mean that it has proper volume. When's the last time the fuel filter has been changed? If you decide to change the fuel filter that's a good time to check for pump volume, I'm not sure of the exact specs for your car but if you can pump a quart of fuel in about 30 seconds you should be good. At the same time you'll be able to see if you've gotten water in the fuel, most of the water will settle to the bottom very quickly then it takes a bit for the rest to follow. I hope this helps at least eliminate some things let us know how you make out

With all that said tell me how my vehicle started up rough this morning then appeared to be running properly? Would that direct to an issue?

I'm not sure. The car isn't in front of me to diagnose, I was just giving you some things to check and at the very least eliminate for cheap
