When I have already come to a stop let off the
brake and press the accelerator and it bangs into
gear. Transmission or solenoids? 99 Honda Accord

Transmission fluid level looks good. Are the shift sensor and shift solenoid the same thing?

I don't think so, but it does sound like the shift select sensor on the side of the transmission is faulty.
