Why is there a milky substance on my oil dipstick?

I just replaced the radiator on my car because it had a leak.  My car is still
overheating and losing antifreeze from somewhere even though it is not
leaking anywhere.  I just checked the oil this morning and the dipstick had a
milky substance on it.  Am I getting water in my oil and if so what is the
problem and can I fix it without having to replace the engine.

It is very likely a bad head gasket or cracked cylinder head. Coolant in the oil will turn it milky brown.
