2000 Honda s2000 convertible top retrofit

Hi,
I am interested in doing my own convertible top retrofit on my 2000 Honda s2000. Has anyone done this before. Is it easy or difficult? I have a soft top with plastic and want to change it to canvas top with glass.

Additionally, does anyone know anyone who does this with a discount in the Northern Virginia, DC metro area?

Do you have the dash switches and the wiring for it? If not, thats gonna be your first step.
