beeping when in gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have a 2004 chevy venture starts and sounds good no water from exaust oils
clean but when i shift it in gear meaning any gear it starts this annoying beep
and will not go off until its back in park.i have no clue what is going on with this
thing hoping on eof you do and can point me in the right direction

got it figured out apparently it was a sercurity fault , after running a hard reset the beeping stopped and seems to be business as usual . Im not real sure as to why the sercurity faulted out on me doesnt make alot of since but then again thats the world of computers .
