OBD2 Scan port in Honda Accord 2000 Australia/ Newzealand made
I have Honda Accord 2000 model car (Newzealand made).
Now, I want to scan my car to find the root cause of poor low mileage.
However, I did not find any OBD2 port there.
Later, after searching on the internet, I found that cars after 2006 (honda) are
equipped with OBD2 scanner.
Now, I am guessing the low mileage could be due to oxygen sensor as all
other parts are ruled out (Engine, Air filter, conservative driving are okay).
But I am not able to scan my car which can explain the real picture.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Pop out the ashtray.
There is no ashtray in my car mate.
Hi LX30215, I have checked the and not able to find service check connector thing in my car. Here is pic from dash (Driver side)
Check the drivers side of the console closest to the gas pedal you may need to pull the carpet back a little.
Hi cjsras, I have pulled the carpet on driver side as well as passenger, however, no luck. Can you pls send any picture how it would look like. I am sure this horse does not support ODB2 then it must not look like 16-pin socket.
