Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Cigarette lighter came loose.  To tighten, I need to remove the CD storage box.  I followed this someone else posted, but with all six screws out, I can't get the box out:
"I had to remove the two pins on the side of the lowest plastic panel and pull it out. Then I had to remove the CD holder by removing 6 screws (2 covered by the plastic panel removed first and 4 covered by the CD holder door). At that point, you have access to the lighter, which is two metal elements that screw onto each other and get connected to the wire."

Step One: Remove the U-shaped trim piece that is directly around the lighter socket by 1) popping out the pin on the driver and passenger side with a small slot screwdriver and then 2) gently pulling, wiggling and prying the piece straight back toward the rear of the vehicle. It is held on by 4 tongue-in-slot kind of clips. Step Two: Remove two screws below the pocket door and two screws on each side of the opening,(with the pocket door open.) Total of six screws. Step Three: Gently pry the upper part of the pocket door frame straight toward the back of the vehicle. It is held on by two tongue-in-slot clips. The pocket door and pocket assembly can now be wiggled out toward the rear of the vehicle. Notes: 1) There is a fine pair of wires running from inside the dash to the top of the pocket assembly. Don't yank these. 2) Always pry without leaving marks on plastic surfaces. Use a broad tool, (wide screwdriver, 1" chisel) to distribute the pressure, or use an old plastic credit card, gift card, etc. to protect the plastic finished surface and pry against that with the tool of your choice.
