Have 2004 Chevy S-10 blazer ZR2 can I
put 30x9.50 R15 tire on my stock rim
without rubbing or problems

I do not think so, I have 265 or something less than a 30 on stock rims and its a tahoe, 3inch factory lift I rub on the front inside when turning, if I am going slow like maybe 10-15mph I can stop myself. They do not rub on the top but yet it does have 3inch frame lift like I said. No the rear yep plenty of room with the lift it has and also mine is 2wd its set up like if it was 4wd so the body/frame is still the same as yours and you likely have some lift too, so I would get wheel offset spacers I think I used 1 1/2in or 1 3/4in but your talking about a 9.50w you may need more or after-market offset rims.
