2001 Civic auto OVERHEATING NOT TURNING OVER

Ok so last resort see if anyone can point
me in right way JUNK IT ? Or Save it  ?
01 Civic started overheating a few weeks
back kept running 100% water in his
coolant ( 267k) miles btw still overheating
replaced radiator cap , checked for milky
oil Looks good . Stopped overheating for a
week then driving one night car makes a
weird noise like a searge battery light oil
light kicked on car DIED ! Towed it got to
looking at it started to crank wouldn't turn
over noticed having spark plugs out it was
tossing water out of second so he replaced
head gasket  water pump timing belt still
NO START waited a bit charged battery
started up drove another few days then
overheating agian and now wont turn over
and spitting oil out of tail pipe ! Worth
having head takin off and checked or is
motor done ?

the car is 16 years old...never put straight water in radiator...it will rust the water pump...coolant is a lubricant...267k time for a up- grade.

look at the car like a body, if "oil" is coming, literally out the tailpipe when you trace that tail pipe back up to the engine, it should be gaskets seal to prevent this from happening, if I drink milk right now and it comes out my feet when I stand up? then it's a problem, however trace it back may have to remove engine and really look at every square inch inside out all parts remove cleaning it out looking for leaks.
