Car not starting
We just changed the water pump & timing belt it
started right up ran for a few days then had
problems with what we thought was a head gasket
leak & put blue devil stop leak in it then was
running fine for a few more days then it just won't
start up at all.
blown gasket. do the head
check for compression on the cylinders.
Ok how do we do that?
WITH A COMPRESSION TESTER. REMOVE THE SPARK PLUGS ON ALL THE CYLINDERS, PUT IN THE COMPRESSION TESTER IN THE FIRST CYLINDER HOLE WHERE PLUG WAS. SWING THE MOTOR FOR 3 SECONDS AND SEE WHATS THE READING. DO THIS TO ALL THE REMAINING CYLINDERS, OR YOU COULD TRY LEAK DOWN TEST-GOOGLE IT AND LOOK AT THE VIDEOS.
Thank you. I will see what happens.
