Question type: Car Customization

I have 1985 Chevy Monte Carlo. just did a V6 to V8
swap. car was fuel injected now has a 305 sbc out
of a 1978 el camino. and now the fuel pump isn't
pumping enough fuel to the carburetor. I need to
know what is the correct fuel pump to get.

I was just thinking about replacing the old electric pump in the tank with a newer one with an higher psi. wasn't sure if I had to modify the lines or not. just looking for the correct way to do this so it won't cause problems further down the line.
