Honda violently shaking ran out of oil

I drained all oil by mistake car drove fine
parked then started up at lunch violently
shaking changed all fluids and atf barely
moves 5 km he rpm will not go above 1000

Engine looks like igs going to jump out of the hood my exhaust is now cracked with flames coming out just after catalytic changed plugs no fluids no difference

If you ran it for any length of time you probably burnt the motor up. Especially if it was a high mileage motor. The flames shooting out of a cracked exhaust shows a high amount of unspent fuel in the exhaust mix. Could be from timing being way off or one or more valves burnt up or dropped. A mechanic would have to to inspect motor for damage, you should expect some bad news.
