2001 ford taurus wont start battery light, abs, followed by airbag light came on

I was driving down the freeway (just had an oil
change the day before with no repair warnings nor
recommendations) and the battery light comes on
followed by a number of other lights. It was late so
I risked it and got home that night but next
morning car wouldnt start. Just clicked and now
nothing electrical. We got battery not long ago and
had alternator tested amd nothing was wrong. The
battery connectors tend to build up acid dust
quickly though. Could it simply be the battery
connectors or is this a much bigger problem?

You should get your codes read. It sounds like your ECU (Engine Control Unit) Went Kerplunk... But before you loose it check the codes to confirm if its good or not. Ebay has used ones super cheap and they are good
