It's a big job. You'll have to pull the steering wheel, dash and evaporator case. Evacuate the Freon and put it all back together while not breaking anything! Set aside a couple of days, Get a book, Go slow and be careful.

I did all of the above and in 3 days i had it ALL back together and great HEAT! If i had to do it again i would sell the 2001 Taurus and buy a newer car!!!!!
