Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I  have a 2002 Honda civic dx and I am
having trouble with the cooling system. It
first started with the heater blowing cool air.I
had a new water pump, radiator and  4
thermostats. Now the fans don't work and
the exhaust manifold glows red and water
poors if you try to turn it on.what can be
wrong?

Sounds like a malfunctioning heater valve or possible heater core/ broken hose issue but the glowing red manifold worries me. There may be blockage inside the block water jackets. Has this system ever been flushed? So this car is overheating as well? if your inside windows are getting greasy your probably looking at a heater core problem. Good Luck!
