Question type: General

Anyone know what it’s called? All the locks are
broken so need new one but I don’t knows the
name. It was under the rear seat.

It looks like a kick or trim panel, or maybe part of an armrest, as to why it would be under the rear seat I don't know, it's not anything to do with your door locks, unless it is part of an armrest in which case it would have been removed to gain access to interior of a door.
