Truck won't start after short runs. 350 small block. Good battery and good alternator?

Truck starts great normally but if I take a quick trip it's a no go. Battery is
good and the alternator is good any Thoughts?

look at the choke spring and heat riser~ it is not opening once it comes up to temperature~
