Trying to upgrade a rolls royce silver spur

I'm looking to upgrade a rolls royce silver spur's transmission to a 4 speed and I'm not sure what will work. Engine size is a 6.8L. I'm also looking for the final drive ratio.

Ultimately, I'm wondering if a newer one will fit into an older one.
