Why is my car not showing up for sell?

It takes a few hours. And it's not "For Sell," it's "For Sale."

Thanks for the quick response, Larkin. Unfortunately, like my grammar mistake, you also appear to be incorrect. I submitted my question, regarding the ad not appearing, 10 hours after the posting. Now at 24 hours since the submission, the truck still does not show up; even in broad searches, such as "F350" for my zip code with a 100-mile search radius. Any other suggestions?

So the answer to the puzzle was that CarGurus wanted to ensure the truck was mine and not a fruad. I had to take a picture with an item of their selection on the hood of the truck and up load it to a place site for verification. Then about 6 hours later I recieved an email with the notification the truck was listed.
