white liquid dropping from my top

I have a subaru impreza sports hatchback . And I have
noticed that whenever in rains something like white liquid
drops just on the right side of my car from the top bar.
Then it stick all the way from the top to bottom and looks
like a white paint, it doesn’t goes off easily. Do you guys
know what it might be?
