Instrumentation Problem

I just purchased a 2003 certified used Odyssey from my local Honda dealer. The clock and the odometer do not light up when the light switch is turned on, and the vehicle is being driven. I can't see either instrument in the dark. Is this a fuse problem, or something else?

try turning light switch to left and see if lights up if not take back to dealer.

Take it back and have it checked. Sounds like a problem with the printed circuit for the dash cluster.
