starts when i jump start but when i turn it off it would start back up

so my Honda wont start until I jump start it then I turn it off and try to start again and it would start I try to turn the lights on and wont turn on but in a few mins it will all of a sudden work but still no start? please help.

If u can pop start it and it runs but u can't start it with the key its ur starter take it off bring it to the parts store and have them test it
