My temperature goes down while driving but at idle its at normal. what can it be?

I have a honda civic 1999 at idle temperature is at normal but when i am at a constant
speed the temperature goes down. I already changed thermostat. blurped the system. and
the headgasket is new just replaced 2 weeks before this happened

when you're moving air is passing through the radiator which helps cool the coolant. when your at idle no air is moving through the radiator so the temp stays the same. i wouldnt worry about it since the temperature goes down. if it went up is where the problem would be

The temperature goes down all the way to C. I know thats not normal.
