My car has been having white stuff in oil and in side of engine how do I get rid of this? Please help my car is a Honda civic 98 ex

You are more than likely right about the head gasket being blown,the white in your oil is coolant/water,

Another thing is condensation developing from plugged pcv & breather element, motor needs to breath. If it is a head gasket, check compression, there will be 1 or 2 low cylinders, and pay attention to the exhaust for white smoke & sweet smell. Another indication of head gasket is if the oil level is rising...

Also, is it losing coolant? If coolant level is going down (even slowly) and you have white gunk in the engine oil there is only one explanation for that and that is bad head gasket, cracked cylinder head or cracked block.
