Not sure why you want to make the exhaust system even more complicated on a daily driver. My experience with Flowmaster catbacks is terrible - went through one every year to get emissions passed, the element comes loos and bounces around on your daily commute driving you crazy. I had a Acura GSR 1.8 motor in a 2002 CX and its a torque monster thats great for the daily, turbo not so much. Regular aspiration is the best, turbo causes a ton of troubles and failures - ask the shop and others!! Buy a converted Civic with a 1.8 or higher motor and call it a day - the torque will pin you in the seat from the line.
