Won't start no dash lights

What about a jump start ? maybe you can see a date on the batt. if it's old it may be done for .

Oh yes I did it was a bad ground cable Bolt and I just changed both the positive and the negative ground cables to the battery and everything was wonderful still working to this day

Oh I did forget I did put a new battery in it too after I replace the cables and it started
