its telling you that you should change your oil then reset the light
Almost time for service. It will stay on when it's time.
it is mileage based and needs to be manually reset when a service is done. If you check your owners manual it should have the instruction on how to do it for this car. Last I checked it goes off every 7.5 K miles after it is reset but that could have changed.

That's normal on every car. The lights will always flash when starting. It's only an issue if they stay on while you drive.

maintenance is overdue or needs to be reset
I have a 2005 Honda Pilot what does it mean if maintenance required light is on
I also have a 2005 Honda Pilot and the last time I had one on and I Ignored it because I thought I had to change my oil, my radiator blew so get that checked out as soon as possible
